3. Account Security and Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining account credentials, controlling access to your workspace, and ensuring that all users under your account follow these Terms. You are fully responsible for all activity performed from your account, including message content, uploads, and integrations.

4. Messaging Consent and Lawful Use

You must obtain and maintain valid end-user consent before sending any business messages through OfficeIn and related channels (including WhatsApp). You agree to maintain verifiable records of consent and to honor opt-out requests without delay.

• No spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, or deceptive communication
• No unlawful, prohibited, or rights-infringing content
• Comply with Meta and WhatsApp messaging and commerce policies at all times

5. Third-Party Platforms and Dependencies

OfficeIn depends on third-party services (including Meta/WhatsApp APIs, cloud infrastructure, and email providers). We do not control third-party availability, policy decisions, account reviews, messaging limits, or enforcement actions. Platform restrictions or suspensions may affect your use of the service.

6. Data Processing Roles

For customer message content and contact data, you act as the data controller (or equivalent role under applicable law), and OfficeIn acts as a processor/service provider. You are responsible for establishing a lawful basis for processing and providing required notices to your end users.

7. Service Availability and Changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, modify, or discontinue features, including integrations and APIs, in response to legal, security, or platform requirements.

8. Enforcement and Suspension

We may investigate potential violations and suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with legal obligations, or address abuse, policy violations, or security threats.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OfficeIn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service or third-party platform actions.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of OfficeIn after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
